An institution builder and a trusted business adviser, Sivakumar has worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers Private Limited (PWC) for over 22 years, assuming varied roles within the Advisory Line of Service (2001-2023), and serving a diverse set of domestic and international clients. Prior to that he was with Lovelock and Lewes, Chartered Accountants (1982 - 2001), rendering audit and advisory services to their varied clients. With around two decades of experience in the audit practice, Siva was involved in the audit of many domestic and international clients. ? With his functional expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Siva led the Deals practice for over four years, overseeing rendering of deal strategy, corporate finance, valuation and transaction advisory services for clients in India and Overseas. ? Bringing greater diversity to our board through inducting members who bring deep experience and expertise has been our endeavour. "I am very pleased to announce the induction of Mr. Santosh Kumar Mohanty to the CAMS board as Independent Director.?Mr. Mohanty’s illustrious career spanned across NABARD, Indian Revenue Services and Capital Markets and culminated in him becoming Whole-time member at SEBI in 2018.?As the chairman of the Expert Committee for facilitating ease of doing business and harmonization of the provisions of ICDR and LODR Regulations constituted by SEBI in August, 2023, Mr Mohanty steered the committee for implementing several initiatives for ease of doing business for listed entities in India.?He is currently the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Secondary Market at IFSCA.
