Camphill Village is hiring for DSPs to work in our beautiful care houses with elders who have been part of our community for decades! Camphill Village never requires mandated overtime, and many of our part-time and per-diem staff choose to transition to full-time employment to take advantage of our excellent benefits packages! Part-time DSPs also receive health insurance through CDPHP, and all copays, deductibles, and prescriptions are paid by Camphill Village and there is no waiting period.
