We have less than 90 days before summer programs launch.
What does this look like for most of us in the thick of this work right now?
1?? Finishing up application review, selection, and comms
2?? Tightening up the program design, onboarding steps, curriculum
3?? ???? Starting to realize you’ll need a way to manage the actual program experience (where to post resources and events, track milestones and completion of tasks, send surveys, somehow track attendance...)
In all the summer programs I've ever worked on, I spent so much time up front getting through recruitment and program design. I was almost out of gas by the time the actual summer came around. The program experience was almost an afterthought, just something I managed to execute through immense manual effort and organizational skills.?
But here's the thing. Every time I ended up simply trying to replicate the last year’s mess of Notion, spreadsheets, Google Forms, Asana, Zoom attendance, and Airtable, “future me” had a heck of a time putting together all my metrics at the end.?Not to mention, participants would bug me with the same questions over and over again because so many important details were buried in my organized, too-long emails that no one read.
?? So here's the fun part: I can solve #3 for you in a couple of hours. Seriously, in less than a day, you can have a streamlined program hub and experience all set up, ready to manage all the operations and automate all the data collection. If you're interested, I'd love to talk!
And comment if you're a program manager who can relate to the "burnout before the summer even begins" ??♀?
