We're very excited to announce a couple of shifts within our organization that are going to set us up for tremendous success as we build into the most strategic version of Campfire we can be. David Gogel, our former President, has shifted into the role of Head of Strategy and Pip Kolmar, our former Director of Operations, has transitioned to Managing Director. In David's nearly 3 years as President, he provided incredible vision for Campfire, implementing smart strategies to support our capabilities as a media agency and molding the long-term vision of the consultancy. It's clear that David's ability to think holistically about media and use it strategically to solve key business challenges is a value that should be felt more directly by our customers. As our Head of Strategy, David will be able to work directly with our clients to lead their media vision and bring our ability to act as a strategic partner to the next level. Pip Kolmar has been with Campfire for a year now and during that time has proven that he can operationalize the business, improve our efficiency, and lead the day-to-day work that will allow us to grow toward our long term vision as a strategic consultancy. The shift to Managing Director will allow him to take over the reigns—managing the systems that keep Campfire running, freeing David to put complete focus on strategy, and setting us up to thrive. These shifts are a key step amongst several steps we intend to take in 2025 that will dramatically grow our capacity to be the most strategic and collaborative media partner possible for our clients.
