This office and industrial warehouse building is in the Daybreak Commerce in South Jordan, Utah. We used tilt-up construction in this project, which expedited build time and allowed for utilizing several types of textures and paint on the exterior. This building is home to the Holiday Oil Distribution Center, among other tenants. Building 1 included 89 panels and a 14 month schedule. Building 2 included 107 panels and a 14 month schedule. Building 3 included 113 panels and a 14 month schedule. This industrial warehouse space in Bluffdale was built with tilt-up construction. This building was built for office, warehouse, and distribution use. The architecture is not only beautiful but also promotes economic growth by attracting new businesses with industries like office space, retail showroom, and warehouse space. The project included three buildings constructed in sequence. The project was recognized as an outstanding example of tilt-up concrete construction by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. The Intermountain Chapter of the American Concrete Institute awarded it the Excellence in Concrete award. This multi-use office space in Lindon, Utah, is home to NMI Merchant Services and Schuff Steel. Tilt-up construction was used with a combination of glass panels and large windows, giving it a high-end professional office look without the higher cost. The two-story core and shell were completed on a rapid nine-month schedule, with an interior tenant improvement achieved in three months. It was constructed using 50 concrete board-formed panels. This renovation was done for Operation Underground Railroad. The three-story building had the upper two floors remodeled with updated finishes in all the office spaces. It included adding a movie theater, large training areas, and updating three kitchen spaces. The bottom floor parking garage was transformed into an online shipping center for merchandise. The exterior of the building was given a facelift with new landscaping, site concrete, fences, and painted trim. The Holbrook Industrial warehouse and distribution center in Lehi was built with tilt-up construction for the The Boyer Company. The modern black-and-white aesthetic was chosen to appeal to tenants looking for a modern space to house their day-to-day operations but can also serve as an industrial warehouse and distribution center. This project consisted of 4 buildings. Building 1 included 55 panels and was set for a 9 month schedule, it was completed in 8.25 months. Building 2 included 73 panels and was set for a 9 month schedule, it was completed in 8.25 months. Building 3 included 84 panels and was set for a 9 month schedule, it was completed in 9 months. Building 4 included 104 panels and was set for an 11 month schedule, it was completed in 10 months. The Montessori Preschool project is an example of Light Commercial construction, boasting a 10,612 square-foot facility complete with a kitchen/lunch area, well-appointed classrooms, dedicated restrooms for each class, administrative offices, and engaging indoor play areas. Black Forest Paving in South Jordan needed an affordable building constructed to house a rapidly growing company, dozens of employees and heavy paving equipment.
