Heramb Podar leads the India Chapter of Encode, which is the largest youth movement focused on tackling emerging technological risks. He is a current policy research group member at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, where he tracks and writes statements as part of the Global Majority Working Group. ?? Elke Schwarz, PhD is Lecturer in Political Theory at Queen Mary University of London and a member of THE INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR ROBOT ARMS CONTROL. Her research focuses on the intersection of ethics of war and ethics of technology with an emphasis on the ethics of unmanned and autonomous / intelligent military technologies and their impact on the politics of contemporary warfare. ?? Ishmael Bhila is a Doctoral Researcher and Research Associate at Paderborn University in Germany studying Global South perspectives on algorithmic warfare. His research focuses specifically on the governance of autonomous weapons systems, looking at the contribution of smaller states from the Global South. ??
