Camp Opportunity is a week-long residential camp for children ages 8-11 who have experienced abuse and neglect. Through structured activities, positive mentorship, and by learning essential life skills, we create a space where campers can build confidence, strengthen resilience, and find a true sense of belonging within our camp community. Camp Opportunity is an overnight summer camp in Harford County for children aged 8-11 who have experienced abuse and neglect. We hope to break the cycle of abuse by teaching our campers resilience, self-love, and essential life skills. Camp is a place where children are given the tools they need to heal, grow, and build a brighter future, and we can’t do it without our volunteers! Volunteer drivers play a vital role in keeping our programming accessible by ensuring that campers arrive at camp safely and on time. You’re often the first and last friendly face they encounter, helping to complete their Camp Opportunity experience with warmth and support. Ready to make this summer an unforgettable one?
