Since our #founding in 1982, Camp Horizon has been committed to transforming the lives of children in foster care. What began as a small retreat has grown into a #comprehensive, year-round program designed to #empower youth and young adults. Through our Leadership Development Program, life skills workshops, and the CHAMPs mentoring initiative, we equip our participants with the tools they need to become strong, #positive #forces in their #communities.
