Thank you, Mercer. There is progress today for everyday people in our industry. 40% The "loss ratio" on millions of critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity policies is below 40%. This means less than 40 cents on every dollar is paid out to everyday people. Auto Insurance: Over 70% Homeowner's Insurance: Over 80% Medical Insurance? Over 85% Where does all the money go? You can probably guess. We can all probably guess. Cramming more services into the products for even more people to maybe/maybe not use is not the answer. To us, it seems negligent to offer supplemental health insurance to people without medical claims integration. I'm proud to share today that Nayya has entered into agreement with Mercer to offer Nayya Claims to select employers across the United States. It has been inspiring to watch and listen to Mercer's commitment to doing the best work for not only employer clients - but also everyday people everywhere.
