Today, we celebrate Cambridge’s Vice President and Controller Brianne Moran’s 13th work anniversary. Since starting with Cambridge in 2011, Brianne has made remarkable contributions that have significantly shaped our team and its achievements. Thank you for all you do, Brianne!

Construction has commenced on the McDonald’s outparcel building at Harris Farms in Mooresville, NC. Harris Farms is a Publix-anchored center at the intersection of Coddle Creek/ Hwy 3 and Kistler Farm Road. McDonald’s construction is slated to be complete in Q4 2024.

Today, we celebrate Dan Thorn’s 23 years of dedication, passion, and excellence at Cambridge Properties. Dan began his tenure at Cambridge in 1996 as a development manager and is currently serves as Staff Planner. The Cambridge team relies on his expertise in site planning, design, and landscape architecture, and Dan’s unwavering commitment and hard work has been instrumental to our successes.
