We’re proud to announce the completion and delivery of two 15’ horizontal Inlet Separators that were custom-built to our clients exact specifications. Our #CAM PRO team handled everything from fabrication, inspection, testing, paint and blast, and shipped it out to them in an ideal lead time! To ensure high-performance, the test separators were put through rigorous testing to ensure 250 PSI WP with a Mist Extractor internally integrated. With complete paint and blast to client specifications, our meticulous team of technicians guarantees top-tier quality control at every stage, resulting in equipment that is built to last under the toughest conditions. #RNG is much more flexible than you might think! [emoji] While you may think that there’s only one way to implement #RNG, think again! There are actually a few different ways of #engineering a Gas Upgrading System for #RNG projects: 1.???Membrane Separation 2.???Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) 3.???Amine Scrubbing 4.???Water Wash (water scrubbing) With all of these options, #RNG is highly adaptable to almost any site! While Membrane Separation and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) are dry processes that have an Operating Feed Pressure of 200-250 and 120 psig, Amine Scrubbing and Water Wash are wet processes that have an Operating Feed Pressure of 1-2 and 15 psig.
