We’re proud to showcase a top-notch compressor station, with 7 engine-driven compressors, that efficiently handles 70 MMSCFD of gas and seamlessly integrates a TEG dehydration and necessary utility processes. Through providing detailed engineering and design, procurement, #fabrication, our expert #engineers developed high quality designs for a suite of #integrated systems like BTEX removal with combustion, Inlet ESD skid, Slug Catcher, header skids, discharge scrubbers/coalescers, TEG Contactor, tEG Regen Skid, flares, VRU, a meter skid and more. With all of these units, #CAM engineers integrated all systems to achieve the 70 MMSCFD flow from suction pressure of 100-125 psig to a discharge pressure of 1250-1300 psig and meet <7lb H20/MMSCF specification. At #CAM, we’re well versed in prioritizing quality with impressive lead times, and have recently finished a high-performing Scrubber Pump Skid in just 4-6 weeks! Our skilled experts handled everything from detailed engineering and design, procurement, shop #fabrication, inspection, testing, blast and paint, and load out! Our quality production meant including cadmium-plated studs and nuts for superior corrosion resistance, and sugar/bead blast paint for enhanced durability. To ensure high quality production, we conducted NDE inspection with radiography to ensure structural integrity and rigorous #hydrotesting at 1.5 times the design pressure for 4 hours. Our talented team seamlessly integrated their expertise across #engineering, #fabrication, and #automation divisions. This compressor station was meticulously designed and engineered to ensure complete integration between Header skids, a Fuel Gas skid, Slug Catcher, Regen skid, and a Glycol Contactor. Our @Ascend team delivered the finishing touches by #engineering and building an Allen Bradley control system and overseeing full-site commissioning. Our team of experts at Ascend Automation & Controls are driving the automation of #GreenEnergy! They designed System Control Panels and Safety Instrumental Systems for an #RNG Processing Plant with highly reliable Allen Bradley ControlLogix Modules. With custom HMI programming, the system was rigorously tested twice to ensure high efficiency of the site’s operation. First, our team of #engineers conducted Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and then, during on-site commissioning, they conducted Site-Acceptance Testing (SAT).
