Lindsay consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our team members, offering invaluable support and guidance. Her outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills truly set her apart. Lindsay began her journey at CalvertHealth in 2011 as a Med/Surg Tech and later worked as an RN on Level 2 before leaving in 2014. She rejoined us in 2022 as our Employee Health Nurse and has quickly become an invaluable resource for the hospital. Known for her proactive approach, Lindsay initiates improvements while effectively addressing employee health needs. Her meticulous attention to detail in policies and procedures has been crucial in streamlining protocols for bloodborne pathogens, orientation, FMLA, workers' compensation, pre-placements, and vaccinations. Lindsay collaborates seamlessly with her team and is always eager to expand her knowledge. She has single handedly revamped the Leave of Absence process and gives one on one attention to our team members who need to go on leave, typically in a stressful situation. She ensures that everything is taken care of and puts the team member at ease. Lindsay has done a magnificent job to ensure compliance with flu vaccinations, she make sure that the flu vaccination is available to all team members and flawlessly organizes flu clinics. With her compassionate demeanor and expert insights, Lindsay has created a safe space for employees to discuss their health concerns. Her commitment to promoting wellness initiatives and fostering a culture of health within our organization is truly commendable. Her contributions to Employee Health, Human Resources, and CalvertHealth are beyond reproach. Thank you, Lindsay, for your exceptional service and commitment to CalvertHealth. CalvertHealth is looking for an Executive Director, Foundation to join our amazing team! The Executive Director of the CalvertHealth Foundation leads and manages fundraising efforts for the Medical Center and Medical Group to fulfill the mission of the Health System. The executive director is responsible for planning and executing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with donors, working in collaboration with the Foundation Board of Trustees and overseeing grants and managing operations of the foundation office. The Executive Director is responsible for the design, implementation and marketing of all fund development for the Foundation, consistent with the Foundation’s mission and goals. This responsibility is performed in partnership with the Board of Directors and key volunteer leaders coordinating special programs and events. ? Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. -CFRE certification preferred. -5-10 years in fundraising and development with leadership experience. -Proven ability to engage with executives and lead campaigns. -Experience in healthcare grant writing preferred. ?
