The California Right Meds Collaborative (CRMC) was launched in Fall of 2020 by USC School of Pharmacy and is a consortium of health plans, pharmacies, medical groups and practices, and academic and professional organizations. CRMC facilitates the delivery of high-impact Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) services provided by pharmacists, and supported by value-based payments. Our mission is to reduce the burden of chronic disease by growing a network of pharmacies in the community that serve as extensions of the healthcare system, providing easy access to CMM and other valuable health and social support services.
