Calo is proud to highlight our Executive Residential Director Josh Kelley! Josh Kelley, serves as the?Executive Residential Director at Calo Programs. He has been with the company since April of 2014.?His role is centered around ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for the students we serve. He works closely with our Residential Managers, Team Leads, and staff to uphold the highest standards of care while fostering an atmosphere of?growth, trust, and healing. His leadership is rooted in?accountability, consistency, and teamwork, and he's deeply passionate about the work we do at Calo to change lives and heal families. Outside of work, He is a?dedicated father?to his 5-year-old daughter, Juliette, who is the center of his world. Being a dad is his greatest joy, and when he's not spending time with her, he has a few other passions that keep him busy. Fun Facts About Josh: Fitness Enthusiast?– He's been going to the gym since he was 12 and loves strength training and staying active. Self-Proclaimed Chef?– Cooking is a big passion of his, and he enjoys experimenting with new recipes. Tech & Gadget Nerd?– He is always keeping up with the latest technology, from smart home automation to the newest gadgets on the market. Closet Nerd?– You wouldn’t guess it by looking at him, but he is into gaming, sci-fi, and all things tech-related. Lifelong Learner?– He loves pushing himself to grow, whether it’s through professional development, reading, or just learning new things in general.
