Let's be real, family can be a bit much sometimes. Setting boundaries might feel like you’re suddenly turning into a hermit or being super selfish, but it’s not. You’re just trying to create a healthier vibe where you actually get some respect and understanding. Everyone’s boundaries are different, so take some time to figure out what works for you (even if you mess it up a few times along the way) and let your family know. It might feel awkward, like trying to explain why you need alone time without looking guilty, but it’s worth it. In the end, it helps build stronger, more respectful relationships and makes sure your needs aren’t completely ignored. If you feel like you need a little space but don't know where to start, visit https://lnkd.in/gBeKAuhZ for a crash course on setting boundaries without the drama.

November is a time to honor Native American cultures and the immeasurable contributions of Native peoples throughout history. It’s also an opportunity to recognize the health inequities they face today, including disproportionately higher rates of mental health challenges than the rest of the US general population. In support of National Native American Heritage Month, and to help support the mental well-being of Native American employees, we’re sharing a selection of Calm Sleep Stories and music featuring Native American artists and narrators, along with content from other popular mindfulness experts. →?https://lnkd.in/gKTiqXB6
