Google now lets you remove your personal information! If you find your personal information online, like your phone number, address, or email, Google is making it easier to make sure it doesn’t show up again. To remove it, do the following: Search Google for your contact info. For example, using your phone number as your search. When you see a result with your personal information, click the three dots next to it, and you’ll see a menu with information about the link, including a “Remove result” button. Choose that, and you’ll see different options for why you want it removed. At the top is “It shows my personal information and I don’t want it here.” Choosing that option sends the page to Google for review. If Google decides it violates policy, it will be removed from search — sometimes in minutes.

As an IT Professional and Cyber Security expert, I don't mind computer cables. For me on some days, chaos is comfort, especially knowing all of those cables serve the purpose of keeping me connected to my devices and gadgets. However, from my time spent in the field helping homes and businesses tackle tech issues, I know computer cables are the bane of most of your lives. I get it. They aren't clean-looking. They mess up your home aesthetic and they are a hazard. I mean, who hasn't tripped over that cluster of cables lurking and tugging at your feet. I always believe with technology, where there is a will, there is a way to get tasks done. You may not believe it, but there is a way you can calm the chaos and reduce those cables in your home or office. Here's what you need to know:

If you're like me, you struggle with taking too many pictures with your smartphone. Why shouldn't you? Modern smartphones come with a lot of storage which allows us to capture our precious memories. You need to be aware that your tech devices can fail at any time, which is why you need to be vigilant to ensure your photos are being automatically backed up. Contrary to popular belief, retrieving your photos can be nearly impossible if your smartphone fails. The problem most of you are probably running into is how to back up those photos. The internet is full of places that allow you to store your photos for a fee, but did you know there are many services, some of which you are already using that allow you to back those photos up at no charge? Here's what you need to know.

Artificial intelligence has dramatically changed how we run our businesses and our lives but there is a dark side to AI. It has created alarming security risks since hackers now use this technology for their purposes. There has been a significant jump in the number of data breaches recently. Most cyber attacks are socially engineered, meaning criminals create cyber attacks that prey on our fears. AI allows crooks to create an almost unlimited amount of scams and attacks that can fool the most trained security professional.
