Call In is a bi-weekly podcast hosted by Good Guys Podcasts’ Chris Riback (former 60 Minutes and ABC News) and DEI strategist Dr. Alexandria White of ReBoot Accel. It tackles DEI issues in the news and breaks down the practical steps that leaders can and should take to manage any organization in today’s world – when to “call in” and when to “call out”. That’s why for business leaders, the question becomes not why it’s necessary, but rather how should “inclusive leadership” be demonstrated? What are the best ways to navigate the social issues that are necessarily a part of today’s business landscape? What tangible steps can business leaders take to integrate DEI principles not as one-off projects, but rather ongoing standard operating procedures? How can leaders demonstrate the key attribute of effective leadership -- empathy -- in today's complicated/heated business climate?
