California proudly recognized the linguistic achievements of its multilingual students, with 65,720 Biliteracy Pathway Recognitions awarded to preschool through grade eight students in the 2023–24 school year, celebrating their progress toward bilingual proficiency and fostering a pathway to the State Seal of Biliteracy in high school. ???
