California Water Service (Cal Water) is the largest regulated American water utility west of the Mississippi River and the third-largest in the country. Formed in 1926, the San Jose-based company serves 492,600 customer connections through 23 districts throughout the state. Cal Water is the largest subsidiary of the California Water Service Group, which also includes Washington Water Service, New Mexico Water Service, Texas Water Service, and Hawaii Water Service. Check out our new 500-gallon pressure tank recently installed next to an existing water storage tank and booster pump in northeast King City. This new tank will help protect our water system from pressure surges and reduce the potential for water leaks for about 16,500 people in the area. This is just another example of how we’re continually upgrading our water system to provide safe, clean, reliable drinking water for our customers. #InfrastructureImprovement #ReliabilityRunsDeep #CalWaterDifference
