I am looking forward to speaking on this panel. Learning about how to document the impact of the programming I get to work on has been one of the more interesting and challenging parts of this job. Frequently we get asked by legislators how we know that funding organizations to do outreach is working. While we can point to numbers in terms of engagement, we have been working on figuring out how to demonstrate how our outreach programs and strategies have actually resulted in changed behaviors or perceptions.
