To CCMA boardmember Ishan Kapoor's (COO of Cann) early point in this fireside chat, cannabis beverages need to be exempted from the nightly vaulting requirements of regulated states like Massachusetts and Illinois. Case in point: When Medmen locations were looted in WeHo and Los Angeles during the pandemic lockdown, everything was taken except beverages. $40 dollar bottles of wine aren't vaulted at liquor stores, and cannabis beverages are no more at risk of being targets for theft then they are. #drinkcannabis #cannabisindustry #cannabispolicy https://lnkd.in/g-Sw2iQb
