Attention all bho supervisors/managers Big Oil Co. looking for you! This is not a lab director position, but a specialized bho supervisor role. You will have the full support from an amazing lab director, supply chain manager, people ops and project manager to help you crush your goals. This isn’t one of those jobs where your being asked to do every function of the lab. The focus is on bho production. Development of team members and processes to consistently make the department better and better.
This job is in Lancaster CA and is not a remote job.
Some skills that will be helpful in this position include, excellent organizational skills, time management, delegation, team building and communication. (Speak up! If someone is leading you off a cliff don’t jump)
Being proficient at metrc, google sheets, and forecasting is going to be very important. (Being proficient at sheets means you understand how to use pivot tables, x and v lookups, and queries)
In-depth knowledge of how bho equipment functions and the ability to keep downtime at a minimum. Do you understand basic thermodynamics? Have you ran a bho machine passively? Can you handle when a team member comes asking for help with a clog? Are you keeping up to date with the latest and greatest tech?
Compensation: 70k-90k per year plus a potential for bonus if production goals are hit. Pay range is based on experience, and value of skills you will be bringing with you.
