Nearly 100 growers, students, and ag professionals gathered for a two-part workshop on agave—an extraordinary plant known for thriving in extreme heat and low-water conditions. The event included a visit to the agave fields of a California Agave Council member, Kevin Herman, with several Council members in attendance.
