This week is 10th anniversary of National Apprenticeship Week. Caliber is proud to help contribute to a highly skilled workforce that helps meet the automotive industry needs with the Technician Apprenticeship Program (TAP). TAP is a free program that provides hands-on auto body technician training with an experienced technician mentor in a live Caliber Collision center setting. Apprentices are surrounded by a purpose-driven, team-driven culture that supports them to reach their full potential. This program comes at no-cost and participants earn competitive wages during training with the potential to earn $70,000+ upon completion. In honor of #VeteransDay, Caliber is proud to recognize our incredible teammates who have served and chosen Caliber to help support their transition to civilian life. Chancey previously served as a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne division. He wanted to transition to a rewarding career path as a civilian and chose the Changing Lanes program to develop skills that would benefit himself and those around him. Upon completion of Changing Lanes, Chancey became a full-time body technician at a Caliber Collision center where his ability to learn and grow with his teammates has elevated his level of confidence and security.
