Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hearing from Devon Richio, EFO, Executive Fire Officer and Battalion Chief with the Philadelphia Fire Department at Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Philadelphia's luncheon?? As the world shifts toward battery-powered solutions and sustainable energy, the risks of fire and property damage are becoming a bigger concern for property managers. We learned about preventive measures and safety practices. Understanding how different aspects of property maintenance work together helps us keep our properties safe.

He’s spent years in the field, facing everything from never-ending snowstorms to mowing early mornings to beating the summer heat. He knows what it takes to get the job done, understands the challenges our teams face, and always makes sure client expectations are met. His ability to connect the two is what makes him such a strong leader.
