Congratulations to my longtime work brother and creative collaborator Walker Hicks on his 15 years with CALI Floors. There is simply no better photo/video/special FX pro in the business. It’s been the best time finding ways to make flooring videos fun with you (and trying not to notice how much younger I look in the pieces we shot 13 years ago). Here’s to many more beach shoots, road trips, taco breaks, and ideas that are just weird enough to work.

"Best Of Booth Design" awards are all well and good, but the REAL win was getting to hang out with some of our favorite partners and customers at the The International Surface Event (tise). Talk about a cherry on top! For the second year in a row, CALI's presentation at Surfaces won the The International Surface Event (tise) and Floor Covering News Best Of Award for Booth Design! From campfire circles and boardwalks to grapevines and wine valleys, the CALI space honored some of our favorite places and pastimes, with a special nod to California's iconic National Parks. This theme perfectly captured the focus for our 2025 collections -- floors that feel more connected to nature and the great outdoors. If you had the chance to visit, let us know what you thought!
