    How do YOU really feel about meetings? In our annual State of Meetings Report—out today—we asked 1.2k business professionals this very question and more to understand what they love about meetings, dislike, and how they believe meetings can be improved. What we found might surprise you. ?? 81% of respondents said more meetings would actually help them in some way. You read that right. But, here’s the catch: That’s only if they’re productive meetings. Here's what else we found: - The time we spend just scheduling meetings has increased this year compared to 2023—no wonder we found there’s a growing appetite for AI in smart scheduling assistance. ?? - Most of us are multitasking during virtual meetings—a sign that we need to make that time more engaging and purposeful. ? - Different age groups experience meetings differently—from establishing boundaries (which we found Gen Z does a great job of!) to keeping agendas on track. ?? The bottom line—meetings themselves are not the problem. It’s all about how we approach them. This is just the tip of the data iceberg.     My top 3 Clay workflows that you can set-up today Helping me book over 2,000+ meetings ?? These workflows help us daily with automating our outbound sales and marketing. Flow 1 - Enriching Web Traffic Flow 2 - Meta Ads Identification Flow 3 - Calendly Lead Qualification Let's dive in: Flow 1 - Enriching Web Traffic Sign up for an account with Vector ?? and/or RB2B. Use their Clay integration to send web visitors to a new Clay table. From here, you can run any enrichments you want. For example: - Find web traffic data for the lead with Semrush. - Find company funding information with Intellizence, Inc.. - Find phone numbers and emails with Findymail Plus, any other enrichments you can think of. Send the enriched leads to Slack and/or add them to an Instantly.ai outbound campaign. Flow 2 - Meta Ads Identification Perform a store leads company search inside of Clay. Add those leads to a new table. Add the Facebook page link as a new column. Use the BuiltWith integration and search for the Facebook pixel using their domain. From here, for any leads that have a pixel installed on their site: Run an Apify enrichment — specifically the Facebook-ads-scraper Apify. Use this as the input data: Use this as the input data - { "onlyTotal": true, "resultsLimit": 20, "startUrls": [{"url": Facebook Page Link}] } From here, you can see which leads are running ads based on what it scrapes. Flow 3 - Calendly Lead Qualification Create an automation in Zapier that triggers when a new event is created in Calendly. From here, send that data to a Clay table. Once the data is in the table, run a company enrichment (search for 'Enrich Company'). This will find: - Name - LinkedIn - Description, etc. Use OpenAI to summarize the description in a new column. Run any other enrichments that might help you qualify a lead. From here, send the data to Slack. ---- Just a few clay plays we have been using recently Hope they help??
