Exciting progress at the new Ford Pro Commercial Service facility in Greenville! ?? Our team was hard at work early this morning for a concrete pour for Fairway Automotive Group's new 28,000 SF Ford Pro commercial service facility! The new building will feature state-of-the-art service bays for your commercial fleet needs. Stay tuned for more updates as we move closer to completion!

Yesterday was a great turnout at ULI South Carolina's State of the Upstate, where we heard from the City of Travelers Rest panel of Shannon Herman, Jay Martin, and Grant Bumgarner as they wove the story of the city, the growth spurred primarily from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and how they love being a destination but hope that TR is called "home" to more." The thoughtful process of development, adding play space and being creative in the process of best land use, being community focused and conducive for everyone is aligned with their core values: Smart Growth, Connectivity, Art & Culture and keeping a Small Town Character. We're excited to introduce three amazing new additions to the Caldwell family! Josh Williamson is coming on board as a Project Manager. Originally from California, Josh and his family recently relocated to South Carolina to raise their growing family. With extensive experience in tenant improvements for prominent companies such as Netflix, Josh will be dedicated to overseeing upfits and specialized projects, ensuring we continue to strengthen and maintain our valued client relationships. Tearsa Clark is joining us as a Project Engineer. Raised in Spartanburg, she has a diverse work history and a passion for construction. Currently working toward her Masters in Construction Science and Management at Clemson, Tearsa brings fresh energy to the team and will complete her degree later this year. Taylor Williams joins us as a Preconstruction Administrator, bringing over 4 years of experience to the role. She has previously served as a Project Engineer and has contributed to project estimating, including work on the Campus Village at USC in Columbia. Checking in on the progress at the The Goddard School in Milestone Village! This 15,500 SF childcare facility, located off Pelham Rd in Greenville, is well underway. The building will feature a conference room, art & library spaces, playgrounds, multipurpose classrooms, and 15 additional classrooms for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
