Since 2003, Calare has led the acquisition of over 19 million square feet representing $1 billion of real estate transactions through funds, direct deals and a multi-asset portfolio. Our investment strategy targets well-located, middle market industrial, warehouse, research and flex/office properties primarily in the Northeast.
