There is proposed legislation (AB 1977) in CA that would prevent insurance companies from requiring a repeat of a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation to continue to receive ABA services. The bill author is requesting additional information from the field regarding how common this practice is, so CASP and CalABA have put together a survey to get these data.
