#ThrowbackThursday to the 6th Annual Titan Capital Management Student Investment Conference on November 3rd, 2023, at the CSUF College of Business and Economics.
?? Conference Highlights:
Attendance: Over 100 student attendees from local OC colleges, including CSUF, Irvine Valley College, CSULB, and Orange Coast College! This conference is FREE for all college students to attend.?
Speakers and Workshops: With a total of twelve workshops and panels open to the students to attend, speakers from companies from First American Financial, Goldman Sachs,? Aristotle Pacific Capital, Canterbury Consulting, Apriem Advisors, and CSUF faculty spoke and discussed topics, such as credit research, wealth management, and investment consulting.
Career Insights: The panels and workshops offered students a backstage pass to the exciting realms of wealth management and investment consulting. This year's conference included a workshop on introducing the TCM program to prospective students to provide insights about the program and ask the TCM faculty and alumni questions.
Student Competitions: More than 60 students showcased their talents in the 2 competitions, 4-7 Things and Investment Game. There were 3 winning teams in each competition. The winning teams will receive an award- 1st place $250, 2nd place $150, and 3rd place $100. Congratulations to all of the student competitors for all your hard work!?
