The Master of Professional Studies in Dairy Products Technology is an innovative program designed to prepare students from technical disciplines for rewarding and lucrative careers in the large-scale dairy foods manufacturing industry. The program recruits students with critical thinking and analytical skills developed in previous work experience in physical sciences, engineering, military leadership, or other technical disciplines. Through the use of Cal Poly's learn by doing philosophy, students will develop the essential knowledge needed to transform their existing knowledge and experience into a successful and lucrative career in the international dairy foods industry.
