Super practical tip for nonprofit Salesforce users today… ?? You can FORWARD emails to Salesforce using the Email-to-Salesforce function. How do you do it? First, make sure you have Email-to-Salesforce set up ?? Write in the comments if you’d like a nice little video on that. Then: ? Go to your email sent folder. ? Hit Forward on the email. Make sure to keep the full body of the email intact, including the original ‘To’ lines. ? Add your Email-to-Salesforce address in the ‘To’ field of the forwarding email. ? Click send! ?
