Recently, 8 Cajun team members graduated from our annual Site Leadership University (SLU) class! These dedicated individuals, primarily based in our Houston and Lake Charles areas, have been attending SLU classes since mid-July, covering topics like the Psychology of Peak Performance, Construction Support, and Project Lifecycle. Their final session included a tour of our Westport facility, where graduates explored the Cajun Form Fabrication Facility, Equipment Yard, and Pipe Fabrication Shop, followed by a well-deserved graduation lunch.
