Private equity is the largest segment of the alternative investments universe, surpassing $10 trillion in AUM in the 2020s. As capital formation has moved further into the private markets and companies are staying private for longer, the breadth and depth of the private markets has transformed the private equity lifecycle into a broad and complex industry in its own right. Now, GP-stakes, secondaries, continuation funds, and evergreen structures have allowed investors to choose their own entry point.
We cover all of these topics in the Private Equity Microcredential - covering the entire lifecycle of a company, from venture capital, to growth, to buyouts, as well as important portfolio implementation considerations.
