2025 Board of Directors Election CAI-IL's Board of Directors call for nominations runs from now to December 6, 2024. Voting for candidates will open from January 6, 2025, to February 3, 2025. The entire election process is being conducted online using a secure, third-party service. Members - Make sure your ballot arrives safely in your inbox. Development and use of a financial game plan to take on capital intensive repair and replacement projects in a timely manner is key to maintaining a physically healthy community.
