On Friday, March 29th, Ja’net Jusino, Community Action, Inc.’s Housing Coordinator, received an award for her work supporting community members in Haverhill. Representative Andy X. Vargas nominated Ja’net for the Black Excellence on the Hill award. This Statehouse celebration is an opportunity for Legislators to highlight the heritage and work through an in-person Black Excellence on the Hill celebration which was held in the Great Hall at the State House.?Congratulations Ja'net!
It was an honor to recognize Ja’net Jusino of Community Action Inc at the Black Excellence Awards at the State House. Ja’net’s work through CAI has ensured that Haverhill residents always have a knowledgeable resource on housing that they can talk to and work with. It was a great day full of energy and joy at the State House.
