California Legislative Action Committee. Advocating for California's 50,000 Community Associations.
关于我们
CAI-CLAC is a non-profit dedicated to improving the community association lifestyle by seeking a balance between state law and the authority of homeowners to govern themselves. We are committed to educating legislators about Common Interest Development (HOA) living and governance, and serving the best interests of approximately 13,000,000 homeowners residing in over 50,000 community associations throughout California. The legislation we monitor, support, or oppose has a direct impact on the community associations you live in, work with or manage. Thank you for helping CAI-CLAC be the community association industry’s voice in Sacramento! CAI-CLAC welcomes the submission of your legislative recommendation(s). Bill proposals may be submitted to CAI-CLAC’s legislative team by email to: [email protected]. Submissions will be evaluated by the Legislative Support Research Committee and considered by the CAI-CLAC Delegates at their Annual Planning Meeting in October.

Please join us in welcoming our new Legislative Co-Chair, Robert DeNichilo, CCAL. “I’ve long felt that being involved in the legislative process and having an impact before new laws are enacted was an important service to our clients and industry,” explains Robert. “I’m looking forward to continuing my tenure on CLAC in my role as legislative co-chair, and working with the executive committee and delegates to further the interests of associations and the homeowners within them.” We’re looking forward to his leadership and grateful to have him on our Executive Committee.
