Women in Construction Week is in full swing! ????? Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting an incredible panel at our SF office, featuring women in diverse roles across the construction industry. We’re proud to see 1633 Valencia featured in the San Francisco Chronicle! This six-story, 146-unit affordable housing community is moving full speed ahead — roofing and windows are already in place just eight months after breaking ground. By using a design-build approach, we’ve streamlined construction, improved coordination, and reduced costs, allowing us to deliver high-quality housing faster and more efficiently. This past Saturday was National Wildlife Day — a reminder of why protecting and supporting wildlife matters. We’re proud to support this mission through our work on the WildCare project in San Rafael, starting this Spring. ?? We're restoring the historic Terwilliger building and constructing a new animal hospital, educational center, and wildlife rehab facilities, along with replacing the pedestrian bridge over San Rafael Creek. Excited to help WildCare continue its vital mission of caring for injured and orphaned animals! ?? ?? WildCare

Completed in 2021, Francisco Park transformed a historic reservoir into one of San Francisco’s most beloved green spaces. ????? Spanning 4.52 acres at Larkin & Hyde, this project brought new life to the city with a play lawn, dog run, community garden, scenic overlooks, and a sustainable water recirculation system. Cahill is proud to have partnered with Francisco Park Conservancy and BFS Landscape Architects to make this vision a reality.
