You are WANTED.
You need to hear this, right here, right now. You are wanted. You are needed. You are so incredibly valuable. And above all else, you are LOVED.
How many times have you longed to hear those words? How often do we find ourselves searching for them, craving them, waiting for someone to remind us of our worth?
But here’s the truth: how often do we actually receive those words when they come? How often do we open ourselves up to believe we’re truly deserving of them?
It’s easy to give—to offer our support, lend a hand, to be there for others. But when was the last time you let yourself be on the receiving end? When did you allow yourself to receive help, happiness, love, without conditions?
We’ve all been hurt. We’ve all faced heartbreak, loss, betrayal. It cuts deep, leaving scars that harden us, making us believe that if we let go, the pain will come rushing back.
So we hold on, tightening our grip on past hurts, convinced that protecting ourselves will keep the pain at bay.
And here’s the truth: pain will come again. Life will throw challenges at us. But living in fear, always expecting the worst, shuts us off from experiencing the beauty that life has waiting for us.
What if, instead of holding onto fear, we opened ourselves up? What if, instead of bracing for the fall, we let go and trusted that something better could be waiting for us on the other side?
We need to release to receive.
Let that sink in.
We need to release to receive.
Let go of the doubts. Let go of the worry. Let go of the heartbreak, the sadness, the fear, the weight of every hurt you’ve carried for so long. Only then will joy, happiness, love, and the fullness of life flood into your heart.
We all want to be seen. To be felt. To be held. To be recognized, appreciated, loved, and wanted.
But here’s the key: you have to show up for yourself first. You have to believe in your own worth. You have to want yourself. Find peace within, find joy inside of you, because that’s where love begins.
I’ve walked through fire. I’ve faced divorce, heartache, physical pain that brought me to my knees. I’ve wrestled with loss, failure, disappointments that shattered me. I’ve had moments where it hurt so much, I thought I couldn’t take one more step forward. I’ve wanted to quit more times than I can count.
But I didn’t. And neither will you.
This isn’t the hill we die on. This is the mountain we climb.
You are wanted. You are needed. You are so, so valuable. And most of all, you are deeply, truly, loved
