Customization – Only where it actually matters (not just because you can). ? Change Management – If users don’t adopt it, nothing else matters. And the order? It makes or breaks the project. 1. Clarity – Get the foundation right Before you customize a single thing, answer this: → What are you trying to achieve? → Which processes actually need to change? → Does standard D365 already do what you need?
