This week, we conducted CAF training sessions across all districts in the region. I had the privilege of attending and refreshing my knowledge at the training held in districts 2824 and 2825. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and delivering outstanding service to our customers in the forecourt. The dedication to excellence was evident. The DMs and Managers were fully engaged, and our trainers showcased genuine passion in conveying both the why and the how. It’s always rewarding to come together with such committed colleagues to gain new insights and reinforce existing knowledge. #cleanandtidy
