From Groundbreaking to Roasting – A Look Back at One of Our Biggest Projects of 2024 Some projects stand out not just for their scale, but for what they represent. The Dutch Bros Roasting Facility in Melissa, Texas, was exactly that for Accelerated Development Services - our first industrial project and one of our biggest builds to date. Spanning over 60,000 square feet on a six-acre lot near US 75 and SH 121, this state-of-the-art facility was designed to fuel Dutch Bros' rapid growth, ensuring a steady supply of freshly roasted beans for years to come. From the first shovel in the ground in May 2023 to the final fixtures installed in September 2024, every stage of construction brought its own challenges and milestones. Now fully operational, this facility is a key piece in Dutch Bros’ national expansion.
