Join Our Team!?We’re seeking a National Account Manager to contribute to the growth and development of the client experience while managing the day-to-day client relationship for larger clients. We’d love to hear from you if you have a background in Workers' Compensation Pharmacy and experience in:
?
Manage day-to-day client relationships providing preventative consultation, analysis, and issue resolution associated with core services.
Proactively assesses and executes all client requests including changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated issues.
Communicate client requests and lead interdepartmental meetings with key stakeholders to review operational performance against client’s expectations and needs in a timely manner.
Demonstrate the ability to instill confidence and comfort with clients with the goal of retention and pull through.
Support the implementation process, ensuring business rules are aligned with client goals and setup is correct.
Preparation and presentation of quarterly/annual strategic stewardship meetings to show specific performance measures in comparison with book of business to promote client satisfaction, client retention, and upsell opportunities.
Support sales and client communication with marketing incentives and special projects. Assist with writing proposals.
Lead client communication objectives such as emergency alerts, portal enhancements and recordings, NPS surveys, etc.
