This two-day program highlights the interconnectedness of Black family legacies in the spirit of Ubuntu, an African philosophy meaning, “I am because we are.” Friday, Feb. 21st 9AM-4PM | The FREE Black Family History Lab Symposium will be held at the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center. Engage in enriching panels, interactive workshops, and connect with others to foster a deeper sense of community, connection, and care. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Our Tourism for All conference has been POSTPONED to its snow date of Tuesday, Feb. 25th from 9AM-3:30PM due to wintry weather in the forecast.
