关于我们
The history and purpose of our organization go hand-in-hand with those of our regional creative communities. Northwest Arkansas has always been a treasure trove of hidden gems, glistening pockets of insight and innovation. As an arts service organization, CACHE helps to coordinate, connect, augment, export, and exchange these inspiring creative resources with the rest of the world. Hence the imagery – but more importantly the ethos – of CACHE, a proud ambassador of Northwest Arkansas and its artists, culture-bearers, makers, dreamers, entrepreneurs, and collectives.

Have you heard the cool news? The world’s longest-running street art work, The RedBall Project, is coming to Northwest Arkansas, and you can see it in person on Dickson Street! RedBall is a traveling public art piece by American artist Kurt Perschke. It has been to more than 40 cities globally. The magnetic, playful and charismatic nature of the RedBall aims to bring out the imagination embedded in all of us. For a week, it will travel around NWA, including a stop in Fayetteville at ArtCourt on Friday, Sept. 13. Perschke saw the "Bring Your Own Ball" sign at ArtCourt and took that as a challenge! Learn more from Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE): https://lnkd.in/gHZmssx5 The RedBall Project has been coordinated by the Municipal Arts Alliance, a two-year CACHE program. It is being coordinated with the help of these partners: @fayettevillear @downtownfayetteville @springdale_arkansas @downtownspringdale @Rogers1881 @godowntownrogers @Bentonvillegov @downtownbentonville @siloamsprings @discoversiloamsprings @mainstreetsiloamsprings @mixd.gallery @21cbentonville

My incredible?Thaden School?Urban Studies students recently won the Outstanding Student Project award from the Arkansas chapter of the?American Planning Association?for the tactical urbanism intervention we executed at the intersection of 8th and Main. Throughout the country, only college and graduate students have ever won this award! At a?City of Bentonville City Council meeting last week, the city presented the award to the students. I couldn’t be prouder. Shout-out to all the amazing community partners who helped make this dream a reality: Runway Group, Trailblazers , Verdant Studio, Time Striping Inc., CEI Engineering Associates, Inc., PeopleForBikesNWA, Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE), Urban Land Institute Northwest Arkansas, wel-nest, Crepes Paulette, HEROES COFFEE COMPANY, the City of Bentonville, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and numerous volunteers. Can’t wait for the next project.

Congratulations to our Board Treasurer, Bjorn K. Simmons! We're honored to have this trailblazer on our team! ?? ??
I am both honored and humbled to be recognized as one of the Top 15 Trailblazers in my home state of Arkansas! My commitment to cultural advancement, impactful philanthropy, and innovative entrepreneurship remains steadfast, and this recognition only fuels my dedication even further. A heartfelt thank you to the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center and everyone who was involved for this honor. It is a privilege to stand alongside such distinguished individuals and to be memorialized as a catalyst in Arkansas Black History. In celebration of Black History Month, be sure to experience the rich stories on display in the “Arkansas Black History” exhibit at the Mosaic Templars. Also, check out January's Inviting Arkansas magazine, which features our collective stories and the new vision for Arkansas’s only black history museum.
