We’re thrilled to welcome Thomas Schellhorn, Vice President of Asset Management, to our growing European team. Construction is well underway at the North Melbourne Logistics Hub in Campbellfield. This 55,837sqm building is situated in the core North Melbourne industrial market with direct connectivity to the Melbourne Airport, Port of Melbourne, and the Melbourne CBD. Scheduled to deliver in Q1 2025, the Logistics Hub is targeting a 4-Star Green Star sustainability rating and offers functional layouts for logistics users at all scales. Cabot gives back! Team members from our Amsterdam and Munich offices rolled up their sleeves last week to help construct an amphitheater at De Natuurkamer in the Sloterpark in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The amphitheater will host entertainment and recreation events for local children. Thanks to De Natuurkamer and Serve the City Amsterdam for organizing a great event for our team to build camaraderie and help enrich our neighborhood.
