The Southeast Cybersecurity Summit is coming along great, but I have one problem that if we can't get it resolved in the next week, we're going to have to punt on one of our day 2 events. On day 2, we intend to do a career fair. This would not only be open to the attendees of the conference, but also available free to any candidates to come in and take advantage of this opportunity. The challenge? We have had a hard time garnering interest from recruiters for this event. Maybe we're not getting the message to the right people, maybe the timing is bad, maybe the market is bad, or maybe the existing way of finding talent makes this type of event not hit the mark.
