If your site isn’t structured right, you’re paying more for leads, increasing CAC, and missing revenue opportunities. Here’s how to fix it: Lead with a Strong Value Proposition – B2B buyers need clarity fast. Clearly state what you offer, who it’s for, and the immediate impact. Simplify the Path to Action – Confusing navigation, weak CTAs, or buried info? Leads drop off. Make conversion frictionless. **Side note: some friction is good friction which is when you are looking for more qualified leads. However, bad friction (like the ones above) makes both qualified and unqualified leads leave which is what you want to avoid.** Show Proof & Authority – Case studies, testimonials, industry accreditations—build trust before they hesitate. Comparison Tables Work – If your solution is better than competitors, spell it out. Decision-makers need justification.
